Training and Development


Training Programmes


Staff are our most valuable asset. As a fast growing company, we emphasize continuing investment in people through vigorous training and development programmes. For professional development, we offer three systematic training schemes namely, Graduate Engineer Programme, Apprenticeship Programme and Quantity Surveying Programme. We are actively considering other discipline such as Environmental Training Programme into our Group.

Graduate Engineer Programme


The programme has been registered with Hong Kong Institute of Engineers since 1996. Our approved disciplines include Civil, Building and Building Services. We have trained over hundreds of qualified engineers, many of them are holding key positions in the Group.
There are carefully planned orientation, job training, site visits, CPD and mentoring.

Apprenticeship Programme


Registered under Vocational Training Council, this programme aims at nurturing the young and dynamic generation to become construction practitioners. The programme includes carefully planned on-the-job training as well as three to four years fully sponsored part time day release academic studies. Personal development training, site visits and gatherings are regularly organized. Qualified apprentices may apply for the VTC Earn and Learn subsidy.

Quantity Surveying Programme


Our Assistant Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to join this three-years programme in which intensive on-job training, project rotations and classroom based training are provided. Mock interviews and presentations are also provided to enable trainees to successfully complete professional assessments of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors/Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.

People Development


We are committed to people development. To build and maintain a high quality workforce, the Group aims to enhance capabilities at every level, through a wide spectrum of people & development activities.


Staff are encouraged to learn on the job as well as to seek every development opportunity available for improvement and advancement. They can participate in in-house and external training courses and seminars which expose them to the latest professional expertise and management skills.
